The Golf Course Maintenance and Laborer position works on the diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and construction. They are responsible for semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work, and performs related tasks as required.
Operates powered equipment in mowing golf course putting greens, aprons, tees, and rough
Operates edgers and trimmers
Grades and prepares a soil plant bed, lays sod, plants, vegetative material, and pulls weeds in bed
Changes cups and tee markers
Maintains Ball washers, water hazards, and bunkers
Operates light equipment in hauling materials and removing debris
Trims trees, prunes shrubbery, and cultivates shrubs and flowers
Assists in construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by grading, preparing soil and planting
– 1 year experience in landscaping maintenance

The Outside Services Assistant is responsible for providing carts and range balls for Members and guests while keeping all work areas clean, orderly, and safe. They greet Members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner while projecting a professional image. The Outside Services Assistant communicates in a clear and professional manner information that assists the Members and guests in playing the course.
Deliver carts from the cart barn(s) to the daily staging area
Ensure golf carts are clean, safe, and properly prepared with a towel, full sand bottle, pencil, scorecard, and tees.
Perform periodic cart maintenance and special repair
Assist Members and Guest as they depart from the facility
Work with Golf Shop staff to ensure that all club rules including dress code and beverage policies are followed by the Members and Guests.
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations of the club while ensuring the highest quality of food for Members and their guests.
The Executive Chef coordinates the ordering and monitoring of all food and kitchen wares as well as the engineering of all menu items to maintain the proper contribution margin. By ensuring standardization of recipes and plate presentation for a la Carte venues and catered events, the Chef and his culinary team deliver a memorable dining experience for all Members and guests.
Prepares an annual budget and achieves financial goals throughout the year through proper forecasting, cost controls, and labor management
Responsible for hiring of all kitchen staff and their training/development through education and creative instruction
Ambassador of meaningful hospitality and understanding the critical role that membership and exceeding expectations play in regards to the success of the operation
– Culinary School graduate
– Two years experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent
– Proven track record of team management, organizational and coaching skills
– Solid understanding of a la carte and banquet revenue generation
– Comprehensive knowledge of expense control as it relates to payroll and the forecasting/budgeting
– Experience with purchasing and inventory systems
– Creative menu development skills
– Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Office, payroll management and point of sale systems
– Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, Employee Partners and guests
– Bilingual (English – Spanish) communication ability preferred
(Internal Candidates should have completed ServSafe and Executive Chef certification.)
The Golf Shop Attendant promotes the game of golf and the club while providing the upmost hospitality and service to the Members and guests of the club. They respond to inquiries and make tee-times for Members and guests both in person and on the phone. The Golf shop Attendant assists in overseeing outside golf operations and staff to ensure proper performance while following all daily procedures and policies.
Ordering necessary merchandise and assisting with the golf shop operations
Checking-in merchandise in accordance with procedures and organization of storage/display areas
Checking in golfers, accurately ringing up charges at the register, and properly checking in all golfers prior to play
Proper cash handling procedures as well as making sure that all standards of operations are being met
Keep up inventory levels of constantly stocked items (i.e. shirts, socks, gloves, hats, balls, etc.)
The Marshall/Starter is responsible for enforcing all club rules pertaining to golf as well as providing assistance to the Members/Guests in order to keep play at an even flow.
Responsible for being the golf course at all times, unless checking with the starters or golf shop for messages.
Assist the Members whenever possible by looking for lost balls, providing rides if desired, and giving suggestions on proper golf course etiquette.
Responsible for enforcing all club rules as they pertain to the golf course.
Maintain a polite manner whenever a member is approached for a violation.
Responsible for fixing ball marks whenever possible, fill divots with topsoil and pick up loose articles on the golf course, straightening cart guidance ropes and their supports.
Responsible for handling violations at the end of the shift. This includes turning in the security report that lists all violations and incidents that he handled during his shift.
Check-in periodically with the golf shop staff to obtain a list of single rider carts. If there is a discrepancy, check the records in the golf shop again, make a copy of the ticket, and attach it to the security report. Allow the golf shop or starter to make the new charge for the full fee.
Prior golf experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must have flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, afternoons and weekends.
