Host Staff

The Host staff is responsible for creating the first and last impressions of the Club experience for Members and guests as they are greeted and seated. They are responsible for maintaining an orderly work area and assisting with other staff positions, such as Member Services Representative duties, as requested.

Responsibilities

  • Converse with Members and guests in an outgoing and friendly manner
  • Focused attention to Members and guests needs
  • Remaining calm, professional, and courteous at all times
  • Assist the service staff as needed, adhering to the ClubCorp standards of service

Job Requirements

– Previous hosting experience preferred

  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-ins, storerooms, and employee locker room, etc. as directed
  • Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef’s when special products are needed or having problems with equipment and tools
  • Participate as a member of the Heart of House team

Job Qualifications

– Any previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is favorable
