Membership Assistant

The Membership Assistant is responsible for assisting with administrative and sales support tasks relating to Membership. In the absence of Membership Director, the Membership Assistant meets with prospects, obtain information, answers questions and gives club tours.


  • Provides support for the Club Manager and the club’s executive offices as directed
  • Preparation of weekly sales and membership reports as required by accounting department
  • Assist in maintaining membership files ensuring the completion of all required forms
  • Initiate requests for and distribute new member cards and membership resignations and any resulting refunds

Job Requirements

– Computer knowledge required. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office

– Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

– 2-3 years office experience required

– Sales background preferred

– 4 year degree preferred

– High school diploma or equivalent required

Dining Manager

The Dining Manager assists the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations including casual and fine dining, and bartending operations. This employee partner supervises set-ups, breakdowns, staffing levels and quality of service while maintaining Food and Beverage financial goals.

The Dining Manager coordinates with the AGM, the Restaurant Manager and the Chefs to ensure that the Member dining areas are well organized and that the expectations of the Member/Guests are exceeded.

Job Requirements

– Three years experience as a server, floor or bartending supervisor in a la carte/private dining service.

– High-energy, outgoing personality with strong professional interpersonal communication skills.

– Proven track record of team leadership and motivation skills.

– Attention to set up and service details are a must.

– Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, Employee Partners and guests.

– Possesses a passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence that results in providing the highest quality Member and guest experience.

Director of Food and Beverage

The Director of Food and Beverage oversees all food and beverage at the Club, both front and heart of the house operations.

They manage the hiring, training and development of all F&B Employee Partners. This position will ensure that all mandated training programs are implemented as well as full compliance with corporate purchasing procedures.

The Director of Food and Beverage prepares an annual financial budget and achieves these goals throughout the year through proper forecasting, cost controls, labor management and revenue generating programs.

The Food & Beverage Director is an advocate and ambassador of STAR Service and understanding the critical role that Membership and exceeding expectations plays in the success of the operation.


  • Communicate effectively and hospitably with Members, guests, and Employee Partners
  • Involved with all day-to-day functions including staff management, Member and guest interactions, office administration duties, vendor communications, and labor costs.
  • Required to ensure that operational standards are met in regards to sanitation codes and laws, food storage, and loss prevention.

Job Qualifications

– College degree preferred

– Four years of Food & Beverage, private dining experience preferred

– Proven track record of team management, organizational and coaching skills

– Solid understanding of a la carte and banquet revenue generation

– Comprehensive knowledge of expense control as it relates to payroll and forecasting

– Experience with purchasing and inventory systems

– Creative menu development skills

– Strong technical literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel, payroll management and POS

– Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, Employee Partners and guests
(Internal candidates should be Food & Beverage Service STAR certified.)
