The Dishwasher is responsible for duties such as cleaning dishes, cleanliness of kitchen, food preparation, organization, sanitation, as well as closing and storage for individual work station as needed.  


·         Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-ins, storerooms, and employee locker room, etc. as directed

·         Remove trash from kitchen/breakdown boxes

·         Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef’s when special products are needed or having problems with equipment and tools

·         TEAM player

Job Qualifications

  • Any previous experience in the kitchen is favorable
  • Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
  • Be able to work in standing position for long periods of time (up 8/10 hours)
