Food and Beverage Manager (F&B)

The F&B Manager assists the Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Restaurants in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring successful execution of the food and beverage activities and private event/member functions.  Supervise, develop, and train service personnel, to maintain a high level of service as well as ensure that the Club adheres to the standards that have been set forth by ClubCorp.

The Food and Beverage Manager coordinates with the Director of Food and Beverage, the Director of Member Experience, the Private Events Director and the event host to ensure that all events are well organized and that the expectations of the Member/host are exceeded.

Job Requirements
  • 3 + years in Club supervisory or related field in Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Service STAR Training, Alcohol Management, Food Safety
  • Computer literacy required/Spreadsheet knowledge required. Computer skills, good communication skills, ability to be a strong leader.
  • Professional indoor office/Club environment.
