Analyst Financial Senior Responsibilities

• Annual budgeting for a division, including departmental expense budgets and budgets for profit centers managed centrally from the home office
• Coordinate, manage and consolidate periodic forecasts for assigned division
• Work closely with corporate and field accounting to report and analyze performance of division versus prior year, budget and forecast
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to address issues and opportunities within the assigned division
• Provide Hyperion System Training

Job Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Financial modeling skills are a plus
• Motivated out of the box thinker
• Organized and very detail-oriented
• Able to work independently or in a coordinated group
• Working knowledge of Hyperion Essbase or similar analytical systems a plus
• Working knowledge of Oracle and related applications a plus
• BBA in Finance or Accounting required MBA or CPA preferred
• 2-4 years of financial analysis required
• Multi unit/site experience, preferred
• Experience in hospitality/golf industry a plus
