Manager of Strategic Alliances

The Manager of Strategic Alliances, located at the Home Office, will be responsible for maintaining and growing Alliance Club relationships. Their focus will be to support the objectives of the program including adding valuable benefits to our Network, grow revenue from participating clubs, as well as reinforcing membership at our clubs by providing quality experiences as Members use their benefits. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Alliance Club Relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining existing relationships and the growth of the monthly revenue paid to ClubCorp by our existing Alliance Clubs
  • Charged with growing and maintaining the number of Members within ClubCorp’s Worldwide Network of Clubs and Members from our current Alliance Clubs
  • Directly responsible to develop leads for potential new clubs or benefits to participate in our Network of Clubs and Members
  • Work closely with new participating clubs to ensure their successful launch into the Community
  • Responsible for maintaining robust relationships with existing clubs and a goal to make their continued participation successful
  • Assist with participating clubs when having an open enrollment to make certain a successful effort and results
  • Communicate and work closely with ACI and The ClubLine making additions, fulfillment of benefits, and membership efforts as seamless as possible 
  • Work closely with ACI for the purpose of marketing and communicating new clubs and benefit providers and their participation in the Network
  • Directly responsible to increase the value of membership in the Worldwide Community by adding valuable benefits for Members

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

  • Previous private club experience
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and expenses with limited direction
  • 15-25% travel

Play Away Select – Membership Manager

The Play Away Select Membership Manager is the face of the company & product and is responsible for sourcing and enrolling new Members as well as fielding inbound inquiries. They also nurture relationships with existing Members so they will invite their friends and colleagues to join.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting and enrolling new Members into Play Away Select
  • Responsible for achieving sales goals
  • Ensures the enrollment process is complete and records Membership profile information
  • Create and execute quarterly game plans which is definitive sales and marketing plan to achieve departmental revenue goals
  • Maintain prospect database in accordance with standards utilizing the system functionality to stay organized, generate reports, etc.
  • Represent the company/department in city and community activities and organizations to provide awareness program to prospective members
  • Work with Marketing Department to develop programs and social media campaigns to create awareness and brand recognition
  • Coordinate & Spearhead electronic communication to the membership
  • Occasionally attend trade shows to spread awareness and enroll members
  • Field inbound inquiries from potential members, and existing members including but not limited to enrollment inquiries, general questions, resignations, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales, pipeline management, customer service, and/or relationship management
  • Proven track record of sales performance preferred
  • High-energy and outgoing personality
  • Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to foster relationships with Members, Employee Partners, and other community leaders
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Applicant must exhibit a professional appearance
  • Applicant must possess a passion for providing high-quality Member service and commitment to exceeding expectations

ClubLine is a concierge service for Members of ClubCorp clubs. The team consists of Employee Partners who assist Members in using their local and traveling benefits. Our goal is to exceed Members’ expectations as we accommodate their traveling needs and reservations.

Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications:
