We are seeking outgoing individuals who have a passion for the art of cooking. For this position, you must have excellent time management, cleanliness and organizational skills to ensure all food items meet standards. Our Pit Masters/Cooks are responsible for building and maintaining the fire.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Punctual and reliable attendance
– 6 months to a year experience working as a BBQ Pit Master/Cook
– Must be 18 years of age
– Effective time management skills
– Ability to follow instructions and procedures
– Able to work in with heated equipment
– Be able to work in a standing and moving position for long periods of time
– Knife skills
– Experience working a pit and building a fire
