The Member Relations & Catering Sales Assistant builds relationships with the members and their guests and is instrumental in driving member initiatives. They assist the Member Relations Director in maintaining member engagement and managing internal and external communications at the Club. They also assist the Private Events Directors by responding to leads and managing internal and external event communication. This individual will work directly with the department heads to ensure timely and appropriate communication regarding services and events for members and private event clients.
Positioned at the entry of
the club, the Member Relations & Catering Sales Assistant is responsible
for creating the first and last impressions of the club experience for members
and guests. This position is responsible for greeting members & guests,
answering the telephone, answering emails, taking reservations, directing
calls, and providing exceptional service to Members and guests. This position
acts as an extension of the Member Relations, Membership, and Private Event
departments. This position is scheduled from 9AM -5PM Tuesday – Friday.
