Field Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner

The People Operations Team is actively seeking to bring on a Field HR Manager/HR Business Partner. This dynamic role will be based in Dallas, Texas, out of the corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR, be proactive, detail-oriented, a problem solver and able to work in a fast-paced environment. She/he must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. The Manager/Business Partner provides day-to-day HR support to employees and Club General Managers while ensuring clubs operate within all local, state, and corporate regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partners with People Operations Partners and Field Managers to conduct investigations and successfully resolve Employee Relations issues in a timely manner
Provides support and guidance on implementation of new and/or updated projects and programs that are deployed to the field; partners with Corporate workgroups to ensure flawless execution of each project
Provide guidance and recommend new approaches, programs, and policies/procedures that contribute to our Employee oriented, strong company & club culture
Plan and assist People Operations Partners and Field managers with team member engagement; Drive behaviors in clubs that will impact positive Employee Engagement; Follow up on action plan process
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines, etc.
Responsible for maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality in all aspects of job performance
Strong and effective verbal/written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Effective team player and partner, and demonstration of an immediate sense of urgency, as well as flexibility
