We are seeking to fill a Vice President of Membership (VPM) position based in Dallas, Texas. This position supports the South Region currently comprised of 17 properties.
The Vice President Membership (VPM) is accountable for attaining total membership revenue budget for his/her clubs for a specific region with the primary goal of increasing new sales and decreasing member attrition. The areas of focus include product and pricing strategies, prospecting and lead generation, recruitment, selection, and training. The VPM is responsible for motivating, leading, and growing a sales team. The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Membership.
Responsible for recruitment and selection of Membership Team and onboarding new hires based on company standards and processes.
Develop and implement training for sales and retention with club level membership and operations team and provide leadership to improve overall financial performance.
In-depth involvement with the development and approval of club pricing strategies, membership offerings and new member and sponsor incentives.
Responsible for developing and implementing lead generation, retention and marketing strategies on a national, regional and club level basis.
Create an environment that leverages team synergies and produces a proactive culture.
Provide acknowledgement and recognition to inspire continual improvement of Membership team.
Utilize company measurement systems to effectively analyze and manage company performance for membership sales and retention.
Verify that all clubs have compelling and relevant programming and communication strategy for driving increased sales and retention.
Responsible for communication of performance and key strategies on a national, regional and club level through conference calls and meetings.
Analyzing sales and retention trends to identify areas of opportunities for adjustment
